Description:

Modular screwing systems ESX from AMT are electrically driven mounting systems for stationary applications, with either offset, angular or centric output. In five sizes, the ESX series has torques between a maximum of 63 Nm (size 1) and a maximum of 1300 Nm (size 5). The speed is at a maximum of 1200 rpm.
ESX screwing systems enable all tightening processes based on torque and angle of rotation. The angular resolution of the modular ESX built-in screw spindles is 0.5 degrees and the angular accuracy is +/- 3 degrees absolute. An LED status display integrated in the nutrunner displays the operating and communication status as well as a quality statement of the last screw connection and simplifies the fault diagnosis. ESX units communicate digitally with an SMX / SMXC controller from AMT. Even within a redundant design with two transducers for torque and angle detection, the built-in nutrunner is connected to the controller via one hybrid cable for data and power only. The swivel hybrid connector used can be infinitely adjusted to the respective installation situation. Each angle can be infinitely adjusted between a straight cable outlet and a nearly 90 degree outlet. Also a rotation of the plug by 330 degrees is possible. Angled plugs on the screwdriver cable are now a thing of the past. Each angle can be infinitely adjusted between a straight cable outlet and a nearly 90 degree outlet.
