Mäder pressen GmbH develops, produces and distributes press-fit technology. The main businesses are manual, pneumatic and hydro-pneumatically actuated table presses. All hand-held presses and direct-acting presses can be equipped with sensors and a monitoring system for force-path monitoring. The presses cover a wide range of performance with a large number of standard units, however mäder pressen offers special sizes as well. Two-hand safety controls are offered for setting-up manual workstations. The offer is supplemented by press heads, tools, facilities and sliding tables as standard accessory or custom-made. The presses are used in almost all areas of non-cutting production as well as in manual and automatic assembly. Important user industries are the assembly plant construction, the internal production equipment as well as the precision mechanics and electrical engineering.
