The marking laser tabletop unit Pyros Lasercube is a compact marking cell for non-contact and permanent inscription of components made of metal and plastic. Adapted from an diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser marking unit with integrated 2D beam deflection, electrical Z-axis and X/Y stage for component manipulation, the cell offers a wide range of applications. As a stand-alone workstation with manual assembly, the direct component marking with barcodes, matrix codes, plain text and numbers as well as graphics in a production environment can be realized. The marking field size is up to 180 mm x 180 mm. For application-specific adaptation, the pulse peak power of the laser source can be controlled between 35 and 250 kW, and wavelengths between 1064 or 532 nm can be selected. The minimum beam diameter is 20 microns. The system is cooled exclusively with air, which ensures easy integration. Pyros Lasercube is equipped with appropriate interfaces to the PLC or to higher-level systems. The marking task can be set up by the user on a graphical user interface via the operating software Visual Laser Write
