Joining technology for Resistance brazing

The resistance soldering technique includes machines, soldering devices and components for resistance soldering of electrically conductive components. During resistance soldering, the joining parts are pressed together by means of pliers or welding heads and are electrically melted by applying current solder at the contact point between the components. After heating, the current supply is interrupted and the solder is solidified, filling up small cracks and unevenness. The resistance brazing is usually used for brazing in the temperature range of 450-900 ° C., and high-temperature soldering over 900 ° C. is also possible.
